It's still quite raw, so feel free to correct me

Two points:

Why aren't spellcheckers for that, sooner?

I have a habit of rewriting. I don't do it with every
fic, but I have occasionally dumped work more than 60K
entirely merely because it just didn't work.

What's important to me is the 'feel' of the story and
the 'flow' of it. Am I keeping everyone reasonably within
character? Those are the things I try to hammer out.

And considering that this massive chunk of text I'm
looking at may or may not be used in the final draft...
well... I don't like fixing what might eventually be
dumped anyways. That's why I'm lazy on the spellchecking
till the late drafts. Besides, I feel like I've wasted
the C&Cers time when I end up dumping stuff that they
thoroughly looked over for spelling.

Besides, so long az I dont stard speling liek a moran,
I thenk the storey is reedable enouf. ^.-

And why not point out spelling errors? Will a spellchecker catch "its"
for "it's" or "their" for "there"?

Hrm... just double checking, but...

(it's) is another form of (it is) and therefore should be used
in place of (it is) and NOT (its).

And (its) is a possessive, yeah?

Just making sure...

Why limit what kind of C&C you get?

It's a free country. We do crazy things sometimes. %)
