A few things I thought of, and wonder if anybody is interested in doing:

1. Akane, Ukyo and Shampoo are secretly magical girls.  I know about 
"Sailor Ranma", but the differences in my idea are that the story will not
be a crossover or fusion (i.e. the girls will have original code names,
costumes, etc) and that the story takes place in a setting fairly close to
the Takahashi Ranma continuity (in Sailor Ranma there are important
differences, for example Ranma is not as good a martial artist as he is in
the manga, and P-Chan is NOT Ryoga).

2. DARKFIC: Ranma and Akane have declared their love for each other,
effectively ending Shampoo's chances of winning him.  However, Cologne
declares that since she is unable to marry Ranma, then Amazon law states
that she must either kill him or be killed by him. (Shampoo should learn
some new techniques here to bring her up to Ranma's level).

3. Kasumi is actually an angel watching over the Tendo family and/or 
Nerima.  A demon has decided to tempt Ranma to evil, and it's up to 
Kasumi to save him.
