It finally happened.  Station TVR is showing Sailor Moon here in
Bucharest on Sundays.  What is really peculiar about it is that it is
neither subbed nor dubbed. Instead, some announcer speaks in Romanian over
the Japanese which can still be faintly heard whenever he isn't speaking.
  It just goes to show that there is something worse than dubbing.  

  Again, all replies should either be directed to me personally or cc'd to
me as I still am not on the list.  I'll be returning to the US soon.
