Fic requests should go directly to the author instead of the mailing
list. But how to send requests to the author if one doesn't know the
author's email address? That's what the author database at
<http://illusion.snu.ac.kr/~wacko/ffml/> is for. As long as the
fanfic in question uses the subject tag [Fanfic], it will be entered
into the database and can be searched for based on the title.
The specific fic you seem to be requesting is apparently from "Curtiss
R. Nelson" <curtiss@seattleu.edu>, according to the database.
