Others will probably disagree, but I thought this was a very good
portrayl of what Ukyo might be like after finding out she's not going to
get Ranma. She comes off as a real person in this story, with all the

Thanks!

needs and desires of a real person. She doesn't just settle back
painlessly into the best friend role, nor does she quietly waste away,
nor does she quickly find true love elsewhere.

Not to suggest that any of those other roles are not valid, I suppose it
depends on how you look at her, she seems outgoing enough and optimistic
enough, but inwardly she to have the greatest capacity for depression
than any other Ranma character. She devoted far to much of her life to
Ranma.

On the line "You want to come back to my place?" Being a Python fan, I
got a good chuckle over it. Don't know if the in-joke was intended or
not.

Purely unintended. Of course I know exactly what you are talking
about. However i can't even remember the context of that line in the
skit. I vaguely remember it being an exchange between a "fairy" police
officer and some guy. Perhaps i should add a few nudges and winks in
:).

I don't really think the story deserved the "dark" tag; maybe it will as
it continues?

Humm well i suppose that was a marketing ploy on my part :). You
combine those two together labels together and you are almost sure to
get readers. Either way I was hesistant to label it is either, i
certainly didnt want to put it under lemon cuz its not really about sex,
and its not about death either. oh well..

I wonder what happened to Mousse and Cologne. Maybe Mousse is only now
putting on his glasses: "Shampoo, I'm so happy you decided to run away
with me! HUH? You're not..." Actually, Keener has already written
something like that.

Cologne and Mousse just didnt go to the reception. Shampoo is the one
who disappeared later. I have no clue where I'm going to send her off
to.

Well done, hope to see more of this!

I hope to continue with this story. For anyone interested it resides
out side of the continuity I'm trying to create with Inevitable.
