OK, I was reading Made of Stone (Sean Gaffney), one of the most excellent
fics I've ever read.

(Let me put it this way, I barely get SM, and I LOVED it.)

ANYWAY,  I came up with an interesting idea...

How about a new character is brought into the picture, but he's got a
slightly different job.  Where the girl's job is to protect the Earth, his
job is to protect THEM.  Ie, like Tuxedo Kamen did with Sailor Moon, but
for the entire crew.  

I was just thinking it might be kind of funny, especially with Rei's
personality.  Even more so if he's a hunk....

Enought rambling, it was an idea...I hope someone decides to run with it.
