Kate Madigan is.  Pantyhose Tarou is from Ranma, I believe.



In an earlier message, someone said that they wondered if the existance of
the Knight Sabers is a secret from the general population of Tokyo.  I
really doubt it. In BGC 6 there's a very public newspaper story about them,
and in BGC 8 a high school kid is spending her winter break trying to
identify them....

... and in BGC 1, Leon says something to the effect of "so these are the
Knight Sabers everyone is talking about".

The high school kid mentioned was from the US, too, so it's not as though
it's only people in MegaTokyo who are aware of them.
