End of the Circle as far as I know is #18 in the Robotech books. I read #21
last week ^_^
as far as the questions go, SDF-1 and the Megaroad (SDF-2) were destroyed,
and the SDF-1's Fold system comes into play in the later parts of End of the
Circle. Breetai, as we all know, destroyed the Invid Regis, but died himself
later. I believe three months later his only son was born ^_^ Breetai was
cool.

If Lang disapeared at the end of the first Robotech war, I think the Invid
would have surely defeated the RDF.... and Rand would have not had the
pleasure of testing his sanity with the Synchro-Cannon, and the Shadow
Fighters would have never been deployed. Lang is the "Einstien" of the
Robotech war... after all, it was he who took into his body raw protoculture
and witnessed the Shapings ^_^
