Here's a silly little fic I thought up and whipped together in no time.
(It probably shows it.) If it's been done, my apologies. If it's been
done better, my most humble apologies.

Anyway, here it is, enjoy!

Soun Tendo and Genma Saotome played their game of shogi quietly. "Saotome,
old friend," Soun began, "do you remember a few months back when my
daughter Nabiki mentioned she could...fix...our little...problem?"

Genma completed his move and rocked back to look at his old friend. "Why,
yes, Tendo, I do. What of it?"

"With Nabiki leaving for college in a month, this may be our last chance
for us to use that...option." He played his piece.

Genma contemplated the board. "She still has enough time?" He played his
move and winced as Soun pounced on the error.

Soun smiled. "I had her start the operation several months ago."

A slow smile grew on Genma's face, and soon the two men were grinning like
fools. "Excellent. Soon our families will be joined." He paused as a
problem occured to him. "She has considered all of the
other...impediments?"

"Of course. She tells me the first phase should be complete today."

Cologne looked in dismay at the Chinese officer in front of her. He was
flanked by several members of Japanese police. "<You are Koh Lon of the
villiage of Joketsukozu?>" Cologne could only dumbly nod. "<You are here
with two more members of your village? A Xiam Pu and a Muu Tse?> Once
againe, Cologne's only response was a nod. "<Good. You are in this
country illegally. You will gather your belongings and return with me to
China and your villiage at once, or you will face a prison sentence.>"

Cologne cursed under her breath, and turned to Shampoo and Mousse. "<It's
over. We must return.>" Mousse nodded, but Shampoo shook her head
violently and pulled out a bonbori. The officers pulled their weapons and
took aim. "<SHAMPOO! No! We can not win this one. There is no honor in
a meaningless death.>"

Shampoo dropped her weapon to her side, and let it fall to the floor.
"<Yes, great-grandmother.>" She turned around and went to gather her
belongings. Mousse looked after her a moment, and then went to do the
same.

After a few moments, the three Chinese nationals left the Nekohaten, and
entered a waiting car. "<If..if I may ask, sir,>" Cologne began, inwardly
cringing. *Damn communists! Alwyas demanding respect they haven't
earned.* "<How did you find us?>"

"<We recieved an anonymous letter...>"

Kodachi laughed maniacally in her labs, her high pitched voice ringing off
the walls. *With this potion I will save you, my darling Ranma!* She held
up a vial and began adding a podwer to it. She smiled as the liquid inside
changed colour. She picked up another vial. *And this one will end the
meddlesome Akane Tendo! My apologies, dear brother.*

Suddenly, the door to her labs burst open, and Kodachi found herself facing
a swarm of police in SWAT gear. "This is a raid! Don't even THINK of
moving!" Kodachi froze. "Hands over your head!" Kodachi complied, her
mind reeling. *What is this? It must be a mistake.*

A plain clothed detective walked in and began examining her equipment. He
picked up a vial and gave it a light sniff, and his eyes widened. "It
seems our anonymous informant was right! We do have a little operation
going on here." He turned to Kodachi. "You, young lady, are in VERY deep
trouble." He turned to another officer. "You know the drill. Take her
in."

The Tendos and the Saotomes ate breakfast together. Ranma shovelled down
food and told a story inbetween bites. "Shampoo and the ghoul have just
packed up and disappeared! According to the guy next to their shop, a lot
of police showed up and took them away. I hope they're OK." He had
another helping of miso soup. "And Kodachi was apparently arrested for
running a drug lab." He stopped and looked sad. "Kuno's in the hospital
undergoing withdrawl. Apparently his sister's been dosing him with her
little 'experiments' for so long that he had a physical addiction to some
of her ingredients. Poor guy. I mean, he was a nutcase, but I guess it
wasn't his fault."

Kasumi returned from the front door with the mail. She looked at a small
paper wrapped package with no small curiosity. "This must be for you, Mr.
Saotome. It's addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Saotome."

Genma took the package and removed the letter on the front, still eating.
His eyes suddenly widened as he looked at the paper inside, and he turned
pale. "What is it, Saotome?" Soun asked. Genma wordlessly handed him the
sheet. Soun picked it up and looked at it. "WHAT?!?!" he screamed, and
fainted.

Ranma grabbed the letter out of Soun's hand and read it. He choked as his
soup went down the wrong pipe, and Akane pounded his back. "What is it,
Ranma?" Akane asked.

"It's a marriage license." Ranma said faintly. "Two months old."

"For whom?" Akane demanded.

"R-r-ranma Saotome and A-a-kane T-tendo," he stuttered. Akane grabbed the
paper out of Ranma's hand, and went pale herself.

"It's a trick!" she yelled. "It has to be!"

Nabiki chuckled. Everyone stared at her. "Congradulations, you two.
Today is your two month anniversary. How do you feel?" She smiled
beautifically into everyone's horror-filled stares.
