What is the best way to convert a Lotus or MS Word file to a txt
file that wraps?

I type most of my stuff in lotus but since I have recently been
trying to convert it to a text file with word wrap. But whenever I
transfer it over to my web page and view it the lines are huge.
Is there an easy way to convert it to text other than putting
returns on each and every line?

In Word 95 and Word 97, there is an option to save the file as "Text
with Line Breaks". That will insert the line breaks you're looking for.
It's what I use all the time.

It is also a standard option with plain ol' basic Word 6.0
