Curiosity kills.  Don't even think about it.  Just push those ideas back into
your mind.

Actually, if I remember correctly, at an anime convention (a North
American convention at that) a fan asked Rumiko Takahashi what would
happen if Ranma-chan got pregnant.

She replied that she didn't want to think about such things, and neither
should he.

However, considering the amount of fanfiction with exactly that
happening, it doesn't seem like Takahashi-san managed to dissuade us.
