This is just a minor nitpick.. or it could be major one. Depends on your
point of view. But folks.. can we learn how to spell? Especially names?
Names are the *ONE* thing which should always be spelled correctly and
consistently (in the case of the 'o' vs. 'ou' which I will *NOT* get
into). The most blatant case I've seen of this is the misspelling of the
Tenchi Muyou character Makibi Kiyone's name as 'Kyone'. Even
phonetically, this isn't correct (listen to Mihoshi when she says the
name, you can hear the three syllables (ki yo ne) very easily).

AHHHHHH, another satisfied customer of Kener's school of
Spelling/Grammer&Annoyance. As I have said since first coming to this
list... if it wasn't misspelled, you wouldn't have believed I had
written it! This all stems from my stream of consciousness writing style
and is something I'm working on. I'm afraid I have a bad tendency to
type, scan and send. Gomen for those suffering from the typo shrapnel.

BELIEVE me, I know how to spell Kiyone, Tenchi being almost a source of
worship for me, it's all in the speed of my typing and the typos that it
incurs. To tell you the truth, I would have been more carefull if that
hadn't been a comedy bit and not something meant to be skimmed, perhaps
chuckled at, and then deleted.

Anyway, I want everyone to know that I do support proper spell
checking... by hand! I just haven't gotten the knack yet. Now if I can
get that handled and my penchance for Run-Ons under control, maybe
people will actually READ one of my fics.
