        Wait a second here... if Ranma's related to Tenchi, doesn't that
mean he can create the Radiant Light Hawk Wings in desperate situations?

	First of all, only Tenchi should be directly decended from the royal
house. Ranma does not have that luck unless genma or his wife is a
direct decendent from yoshi's line. thus Ranma does not have the benefit
of the Light Hawk Wings.
