Problem with web based mail is that it's buggy at best.. and often has a habit 
of double sending something if you accidentally double cluck, as PC users are 
apt to do.

It would be nice, too, if you were a little more specific on exactly 
what "problems" you were having with hotmail, so you don't piss 
people off when they think you're just being a jerk for banning 
hotmail.

Double posting, plus the fact that if someone is being pissy and you ban them, 
they can simply get a new account withing seconds... Aiiyah ^^;
