Remember this silly toss-off project I had about the neighbor imposing
computer dating on the R 1/2 gang? It's back... sort of.
In an effort to shift away from my creative stall, I sat down and worked out
the computer-sorting matches.
Basically, the matching system works as follows:
(1) A name is drawn from the pool.
(2) All members of the opposite sex who refused the drawee are eliminated,
as is the one named by the drawee. Relatives are also removed from contention.
(3) Comparisons are made in the following order:
(a) Ideal mate's qualities to prospect's most important qualities
(b) Most important qualities to prospect's ideal mate qualities
(c) interests
(d) if it gets this far, the one closest to the top of the list is
picked.
(4) The pair is removed from the draw, a new name is drawn, and the process
resumes with the smaller pool.
This means that the higher up the list you are, the better selection you
have. The last pair has no selection- they are automatically lumped together.
So, without further ado, here are the matchups:
Name Drawn Ideal Mate Available
Cologne Mikaido Sanzenin
Shampoo Onu Tofu
Ryouga Hibiki Kasumi Tendo
Happousai Azuza Shiratori
Mousse Ukyou Kunoji
Genma Saotome Akari Unryuu
Tsubasa Kurunai Kodachi Kuno
Nodoka Saotome Soun Tendo
Tatewaki Kuno Akane Tendo
Konatsu Hinako Ninomiya
Ranma Saotome Nabiki Tendo
...I might get around to writing up the scene in which, one by one, the
pairings are revealed, after the weekend.

I think you forgot Ranma-chan or Ranko. Kuno actually has something
that is missing. Kuno wants Gracefullness, vitality, strength and festy
spirit. . . Ok. Akane is the closest match when you eliminate Kodatchi
and Ranma.
Just don't do the first or fifth one.
