Announcing the release of the Bubblegum Crisis Theme Pack for Win95

     While it isn't everything I was hoping for, I think it is an incredible
improvement over the previous one (.75a).
     * 4 essential bug fixes made (the Icons for "My Computer," "Network
Neighborhood," "Empty Recycle Bin," and "Full Recycle Bin") have been turned
into real icons. This means no more corrput icons. To everyone who had a
problem, I apologize profusely.
     * Revamping of the sound scheme. *MUCH* less anoying, but still with
the classic "It's really trashed." for emptying the recycle bin. Still
100% Japanese with "liner notes."
     * A *WONDERFUL* new background image. That's all I have to say about
that.
     * New colors. Still easy to read and now even more in flow with the
hardsuits.
     * New font scheme. Due to a bug in Eudora, I had to change the font
sizes. Really, it's *NOT MY FAULT!* Blame Qualcomm, not me.
     * And, as everyone requested it, how could I not fulfill the promise:
Animated Cursors. There are 2 of them currently (the default pointer and the
"Unavailable" pointer). I think you'll like them. The latter is especially
cool. Both are, IMO, very high quality.
     * Perhaps most importantly, it is about 55% the size of the original.

    Yep, you got it right, it's half the size and about 150% the quality of
the previous one. And who says you can't get something for nothing! :)
