I've been working on a Rexx-script to replace the stupid-format style
MSW uses with ASCII, anybody else interested? (So far it seems to work
with the majority of the bad cases, like "Chasing the Wind".)

Note: simply mime-decoding the file will do little good, as MS seems to
have lain claim to the high-order bits to encrypt the quotes.
