Well, as I'm watching over two of these authors as their DBTFH, I can 
respond for them, especially as neither is currently on the FFML AFAIK.

J. Austin Wilde was moving after his enlistment in the navy ended.  There
haven't been any parts since and I'm waiting until he gets back on
before prodding again.

Nightelf left the FFML a couple of weeks ago because he felt it was
distracting him too much from his writing.  Because he of this, i'm 
refraining from proding him until he returns to the FFML.
