No, to spike something means to adulterate it; traditionally
non-alcoholic drinks are spiked with alcohol, and that's probably the
most common usage of this meaning of the word (and therefore
"spiked alcohol" is perhaps unnecessarily confusing).

But the word is used elsewhere, e.g. the whole controversy about
claims that cigarette manufacturers were "spiking" their products
hinged on the precise connotations of the word....

   of .... whatever.

	   Well, what is the term for alcohol with 'additives' in it?  :)

Spiked was a good first try; Mickey Finn isn't quite right because
it's unlikely the objective of the spiker of a whole keg would be to
simply put people to sleep.

You could say "alcohol spiked with some drug"....
