Heh. Not bad.  You've only seen the new televised dubb, huh?  Well take 
it from a sesoned otaku like me, there is a big problem.  Fighting in 
Dragon Ball Z and Ranma 1/2 is completely different.  The Z-warriors 
fight on a super-hero scale that is far above that of of Ranma's.  If I 
had wrote it, I would have made the DBZ characters less powerful or the 
Ranma 1/2 characters more powerful.  An example would be Kyuka jumping 
fifty meters into the air instead of flying.

But I must say, you've written yourself into a bit of a hole here.  I 
don't think Ranma and company could beat Raditz, nor Kyuka.  Will Ranma 
and Kyuka die?  If so, how are you going to bring Ranma back?

As for names, I like the new ones.  The dubb is actually very good in 
maintaining the original names compared to Sailor Moon and others.  Since 
"-jin" and "-ian" are the exact language equivilants, I see no problem in 
changing them.  Did you think your average John Q. TV veiwer knows what 
"-jin" means?  As for "Kakarot", a tiny chang is nominal.  Besides, it 
would make it harder to catch the "carrot" name pun.

If you want more Dragon Ball Z fics, check out "Arabian Knightz", a Ranma 
, DBZ, Aladin crossover.  Actually, its more like an original story with 
bits stolen...er...adapted from many sources.
