	I'm pretty sure Ranma can do the Shishi Hokodan because at the beginning of 
volume 20 he was blasting Ryouga with it.  I suspect that he abandoned the technique 
because it is unlikely for Ranma for feel depressed so he opted for something else that 
it closer to his style.
