It is a mailing list.  You could send your fic to it.  Many do.  (I didn't
know about it when I started this list.  I might not have if I had known.
Aren't you glad I didn't know?)

zen is *very* glad that you didn't know, though zen would like more info on
the RAAC ML, if you please.
