'mistake'... it is something people do on purpose. You can't 'accidentally'
rape someone...

At the risk of drawing out this thread, you can "accidently" rape
someone...Statutory rape...if your partner is under the age of consent and
neither of you know, that's an accident...true, you probably don't mean it
this way, but you can still accidently STATUTORY rape someone...and I'm not
saying that all of them are either, just that you can...I sincerely hope
that I don't keep this thread going longer...
