Well, from other things that happen, like trying to censor the whole
Internet, it shows that the American law is very arrogant. They don't
care about anyone as long as the American people are 'protected'...
I, for one, think that if they are in another country, they should be
deported to America so they can't cause any more problems in another
country, or they should follow the laws of that country. It seems way
too 'I am better than you' of the US to do that in Japan... This is
why the US has such a bad reputation in other countries... The US law
makes it out that America is better than anywhere else, and that they
are too high and mighty to follow anyone else's law... Don't know about
the rest of the stuff, though.
Woah, there. When I was quoting the Constitution, that is *ALL* I was
quoting. Not these rediculous bills that the Congress tries to pass. Read
the constitution, and you'll probably see that the PRINCIPLE and SPIRIT of
those laws is quite good. Unfortunately, politicians have SCREWED IT OVER!

Besides, us Americans aren't as protected as you would believe. Basically,
we fail an extradition hearing and we're tried by their courts, and punished
in their penal system. Even with an extradition hearing, the theory is that
we are tried by an american court, and receive an equivalent sentence which
is allowed by our constitution.
