It doesn't believe me!!
[Win95]: Ha! fuckin' mac OS... AS IF!
Okay, so I just said the first thing that came to mind... next time I'll
try >harder.
Like I said, you have to threaten it with a BETTER OS!
(My mail program was Eudora, and still is)
Thanks for the support, too. I haven't written creatively (only essays)
for >hmm... 3, 4 years now. So I got on this list, saw the spam, hated it,
and took >30min to post something decent (IMO). I guess I'll have to finish
it now... I >hate reading part of a book, then for some reason not being
able to finish it >(no matter how bad the book is).
Yeah, keep working on it. Oh, and make sure you at least tell authors
whether you liked something or not when you read it.
Someone asked me to format the fic to 70 lines... Isn't word wrap kind of a
necessity these days? I like writing this way because I can move the text
to a >better program, size up the font, easier to edit, etc. I don't even
know HOW >to format it to 70 columns...?
Just load it with Notepad (in its default size), and make sure that
there isn't a horizontal scroll bar (that'll format it to about 75 chars).
The problem comes with people who have to use some Unix variants which
*DON'T* word wrap, and there's no way to make them.
