first postings of TGACFH, he signs it v. 2.0.  Which makes me
wonder, "Why the upgrade?"

Well, the 2.0 upgrade came about when Erin Mills version 1.0 was killed by 
his sigs.  I can't remember the story behind 2.5, though....
