Somebody was asking about RAAC earlier, and i figured that i should say that i
just checked it and found an Admin note from Megazone.  He apparently has 
"the largest queue of backlog posts I've had since I started as moderator.
Thanks guys."  I guess that he doesn't really want any more submissions right
now, and he hasn't had a chance to post any of the stories yet.
