I need to know exactly how arranged marraiges work in modern day Japan. 

I'm not sure, but I think it's 20% of marriages in Japan.  People can hire 
professional matchmakers, or rely on friends and family.

Do they still occur? Do the betrothed persons have any real say in 
wether they accept the arrangement or not? Help. (in as much detail as
