Here's what happens next to your series, I wish it would..

Ranma, wandering dazed  in the hallway, moans to himself:
"Well, I don't......", and then he falls down, too bruised by the day's
events
to bother taking a bed to sleep. 

Akane, seemingly steamed, lies on her bed, crying......

"April fool indeed", Akane said as she puts her face in the pillow....
"I think what I just said made me the biggest fool of all."

The clock finally clicks 12:01.

Akane looks at the clock.

She decides to set it back to 11:01, 10:01 and then 9:01... then runs out in
the hallway to help Ranma to his room.

"Well.... maybe I should see him again..... when this 'April fools Day'
REALLY ends...."

Finally, Akane makes it back to her room and sleeps quite soundly.....
